Free trials are managed by Google Play and are limited to one per Google account. If you've used a trial before (even for a different app from the same developer), you may not be eligible for another. Trial availability also depends on your region and payment method. If you believe there's an error, please contact us with your Google account email and we'll investigate.

First, try restarting the app. If the item still doesn't appear, check that you're logged into the same Google account you used for the purchase. You can also try: tap the menu in the app → Restore purchases (if available). If the problem persists after 24 hours, contact us with your order number (found in your Google Play order history) and we'll help resolve it.

Refunds are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase at play.google.com/account/orders. For purchases made more than 48 hours ago, you'll need to contact Google Play support directly. We cannot process refunds ourselves, but if you have issues with the refund process, please contact us and we'll guide you through it.

Yes. All purchases and subscriptions are tied to your Google account, not a specific device. Simply log into the same Google account on any Android device and restore your purchases. Note that purchases are not transferable between different Google accounts or between Android and iOS.

Try these steps in order: (1) Force close and restart the app; (2) Restart your device; (3) Check for app updates in Google Play; (4) Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → [App name] → Storage → Clear cache); (5) If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're still experiencing crashes, please contact us with your device model, Android version, and a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.

Make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices and that sync is enabled in the app settings. Check your internet connection and try manually triggering a sync. If you recently changed your password, you may need to log out and back in. Note that some apps store data locally on your device only — check the app's privacy policy to understand how your data is handled.

To change your subscription plan: open the Google Play Store app, go to Subscriptions, select your current subscription, and look for an option to upgrade or change plan. If this option isn't available, you may need to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one. Contact us if you need assistance with plan changes.

When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that period ends. If you're seeing charges after cancellation, please check your Google Play order history to confirm the cancellation date. If there's an error, contact Google Play support directly — we cannot access or modify your payment information.

Our apps are available on Android through Google Play. We support Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. Some features may require newer versions of Android. We do not currently offer iOS versions, but this may change in the future. Follow our social media channels for updates on new platform support.

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Most of your data stays on your device. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Where features require server processing (like sync or backup), we use industry-standard encryption and security measures.
